At 6’7”, Tyr’e stands out—literally and figuratively—at Arnie Bauer Matteson, where he brings his experience and big personality to the sales floor. A Cubs fan from Markham, IL, and a father of four, he’s got the multitasking skills to prove it. Whether you’re in the market for a new car or just a good laugh, Tyr’e is your guy. He’s here to make your car-buying experience as smooth as his favorite Cubs winning streak (whenever that happens)!

Tommy is originally from Mokena, Illinois, and now resides in Frankfort. Growing up with a father who’s one of our trusted wholesalers, he’s been around the industry for as long as he can remember—some might say it’s in his DNA. He brings a fresh perspective, strong work ethic, and just the right amount of competitive spirit to the team. Outside of work, he enjoys sports and unwinding with a good gaming session.

Meet Matt, a dedicated Sales and Leasing Consultant at Arnie Bauer with four years of experience and a knack for making car buying feel like a breeze. Born and raised in Mokena, Matt balances his passion for health and fitness with quality time spent spoiling his favorite little human—his niece. He takes pride in delivering top-tier service with a smile, always going the extra mile “The Granberry Way.” Whether he's closing a deal or counting reps, Matt brings the same focus, energy, and charm to everything he does.

Miranda has been part of the Arnie Bauer team since 2014, bringing years of experience, reliability, and a friendly face to the dealership. Originally from Crete, IL, she stays busy at home with her three kids and enjoys spending time in the garden—nothing too fancy, just enough to keep things green. She's a fan of cooking shows (even if she’s more of a watcher than a chef). Most of all, Miranda values the strong sense of family and support she’s found with her Arnie Bauer team.

Jennifer, originally from Hyde Park, is the undisputed warranty guru—if it’s covered, she knows it. Highly educated and endlessly patient, she makes sure every customer understands exactly what they’re getting (and what they’re not). She’s spent considerable time fine tuning her craft, turning complex policies into plain English with a smile. When it comes to warranties, Jennifer’s the calm in the chaos—and maybe the only person who actually enjoys reading the fine print.

Monese is a powerhouse of hustle and heart. A devoted mom and no-nonsense professional, she climbed from Internet Sales Agent to Internet Sales Manager through sheer skill, reliability, and maybe just a little caffeine. She’s always punctual (early, actually), kind to everyone, and sharp as a tack. Monese leads with consistency, grace, and the kind of quiet confidence that earns respect and delivers results.

Ashlee joined our Sales BDC team in late 2024 and has quickly become the queen of follow-ups — if your phone’s ringing or your inbox is lighting up, there’s a good chance it’s her. Originally from Chicago and raised in the western suburbs, Ashlee brings a warm, nurturing energy to everything she does. Whether she’s caring for her cat, dog, new baby, or helping you find your next vehicle, she gives it her all. Sweet, thoughtful, and determined, Ashlee’s goal is simple: to make sure no customer ever feels forgotten.

Jess, originally from Channahon, has been part of the team since 2012 and has seen the industry grow and change over the years. A proud mom to her fun-loving “wild child,” she balances her home life and work life with a great sense of humor and a lot of heart. Jess is bilingual in Spanish and always ready to help—usually with a smile and a laugh along the way. She loves the family-like atmosphere here and brings that same warmth to every interaction.

Emilee is a recent college graduate from Munster, Indiana, now putting her skills to work in the Service BDC, where she helps customers navigate their service appointments with ease and a smile. A true nature enthusiast, she once traded her computer for hiking boots to do fieldwork in Colorado, helping prevent forest fires (and probably befriending a squirrel or two along the way). Her passion for the outdoors is matched only by her dedication to providing top-notch customer service. Whether it’s scheduling a tune-up or saving a forest, Emilee is always ready to lend a hand.

Joe Gromala was pretty much born here at Arnie Bauer. He has 35 plus years with the company and will retire eventually, but he is still too young for that. He is our parts manager and also a "jack of all traits." He helps every department and is our own in house tech guy. He is a great person to have around for the customers and the employees.
