I was told that the sensors in all four of my tires were bad and it would cause me over seven hundred dollars. I declined to get it fixed. Then I asked if I was still under warranty. He looked it up and I was still under warranty. So I told them i wanted to get all four tires fixed. When I picked my car up they had only fixed one tire. So why did they try to get me to pay for four. On star showed us only one tire was bad. I feel like they tried to take advantage of me. I just brought a new car from another Buick / GMC dealer because I lost trust in Arnie Bauuer.

Arrived on time. Oil change was done in record time. I was surprised on how quickly my vehicle was ready.

My son took my GMC Terrain in for service. Said he was treated fine. No issues. Service advisor was knowledgeable and helpful. I at home had emailed with Enrique, the service advisor, and he was very helpful. My last visit to service was not so good and I had gone to another dealer for my previous service. I believe my advisor's name was Willig or something like that. His customer service skills were lacking. Hopefully they have improved. Make sure you keep Enrique in your employ. I should mention I still have the picture this Willig guy sent me in an email of the front desk area where the advisors sit. It is actually very funny, although, I guess he thought it was professional.

My 2012 Buick Enclave has been in and out of your service department 3 times in 2 months. First time it was there 6 weeks. It is having issues starting they can't figure out. Claimed it was a body control module ($1,000) and still not fixed. So was it needed or not who knows ? There is a parasitic draw some were and they cant find it. Currently sitting in your shop.

Excellent customer service. I was kept up-to-date on the service that was taking place. I asked the service advisor to check the engine air cleaner. He had that pulled and showed me that allowing me to make a more informed. Decision on replacement.

There was an issue with the computer that apparently needed an update. I shouldn’t have to pay for updates. If there is a problem with the program, it should be included. I was at the dealership a long time. It wasn’t good.

You guys will be named in my law suit because you are not telling the truth about changing my oil, in July I was in Arizona and you say that you changed my oil on 7_11/2025 when I left Chicago on 6/20/2025 to go Arizona to be with my wife dieing of cancer on 6/30/2025 and I stayed there until 12/25/2025 I wonder why are you lied about the oil change. You never did anything with odometer so no you are all bad people to me.

Repaired a recall in a timely fashion

Service manager very polite and was upfront about the wait time, but waiting 1.5 hours for oil change is a bit much.

Mostly good. I was told that the repairs were $321 plus taxes. However, I was shocked about the $18 fee included in my bill. As a retiree, that is very important information when income is specific in one’s budget!

I'm writing about my recent visit for an oil change. The service took 1.5 hours. That is excessive for a routine oil change. I have had this service done many times, and it normally takes far less time. I also asked why my price was higher than my previous visit. The employee told me the price was higher because my last oil change was in November. Another employee repeated that prices had increased. I asked for a copy of my previous receipt. The receipt showed the lower price was due to a discount, not a price increase. The staff gave incorrect information without checking the record first. After we confirmed the reason for the price difference, no one offered to apply the same discount or make any effort to resolve the issue. This experience felt dismissive and poorly handled. Customers expect accurate information and reasonable service times for basic maintenance. I hope this feedback helps improve how concerns like this are handled in the future.

Everything was just like usual, perfect! I was greeted by a nice young man who promptly went and informed my service advisor I was there. Mark Diel promptly came out and reviewed the work needed to be done on my truck. A couple hours later all my service work and my auto butler were complete and he called me to let me know my truck was finished. Very nicely done and I even got to visit with my salesman Norm, while I was there.

I had a very unsatisfactory experience and will not be returning. I was informed that my vehicle's engine was under warranty, so I had it towed 25 miles to your facility, only to receive contradictory information upon arrival. The representative stated that tests indicated a lack of compression in three cylinders but declined to identify the root cause of my car's failure to start. I suspect a thorough inspection of my vehicle was not conducted. A AAA technician subsequently managed to start my car, which raises questions about why your team was unable to do so. Instead, there appeared to be an attempt to persuade me to purchase a new vehicle. I consider this level of service to be highly unprofessional.

The problem was diagnosed, and the part was ordered that I needed to fix my car. It is the rear light assembly on the left side. Unfortunately, that part will not be available to me for 3 weeks or thereabouts. Without left rear lights, I feel that it is an unsafe situation for me, so I cannot in good faith drive my car at this time. I personally think that this is an outrageous situation for me. A company as big as yours cannot get a light assembly kit for an extended period of time. There's so much wrong with this.

Salesman Troy greeted us as we walked into the showroom and was with us throughout the entire process. He was young and energetic, answered all our questions and if he didn’t know he knew who to go to to get the correct information. He showed us a variety of choices, then we took a test drive and I was sold! Troy took the time to make sure we got all the discounts we were entitled to including the military discount. We picked up our new Buick Envision the next day (our choice), Troy had our vehicle cleaned up, plates and sticker installed, got our OnStar enrollment going, took our picture and we were all set. I shared with Troy that Arnie Bauer was not the first dealership we visited and we were not greeted as we entered, so it was very welcoming to be greeted the way Troy greeted us at Bauer. I owned a Buick many years ago, a Roadmaster. So I am very happy to be back in the Buick family.

Where do I begin? DAVID was amazing and so was Katharine!! I had the BEST experience ever!!!!! I was in and out!!! They both took their time to explain everything to me! I was literally shakinggg because I couldn’t believe that after 8 years, I had a new car! I was enjoying being car note free BUT who can pass up a 2026 Buick Encore GX Sport?? Red with black rims!! And auto start?? Not me!! lol!! I normally don’t go to dealerships for maintenance but they made me feel soo warm!! David taught me how to auto start my truck but I was soo excited, I forgot what he said lol.. I came back to the dealership and asked the first salesman I seen and he helped me! He even mentioned the “app”.. That says a lot about them!! Another salesman took the time to show me things about my car! Excellent customer service! I could’ve went back to David with no problem, but my son was in the car (he’s 6) I just asked the first salesman I seen! Thank you soo much!! 10 out of 10!!!!!!!

Some other folks we brought the same Vehicle gave us a totally incorrect and much more expensive fix service needed diagnosis! That diagnosis seemed extermely suspicous and bogus to us! That is why we fired them and took the same Vehicle to you good folks to get the correct and more accurarte diagnosis. We got our Vehicle fixed much more economically! That is why you trust the Dealer Service Departments!

Brought in my truck with an electrical/ computer problem and needing an oil change. Service technician tracked down my problem and took care of the oil change as well in a timely manner. Advisor kept me informed and I was back during by mid afternoon. I was very pleased with how everything worked out.

Arnie Bauer’s Service Dept. needed my car for twodays for a warranty repair, and provided a loaner. Appreciate the loaner and the repair work.

We were driving our Buick Lacrosse late on Thursday afternoon when the "Service Transmission" light came on. In a panic, we called the Arnie Bauer Service Department. Service advisor Adam E. answered the call. Adam calmed us down after he asked some pertinent questions as to whether the transmission seem to be failing. He asked if we could bring in our Buick yet this afternoon. We said we could get there by 5:15 p.m. Adam was waiting for us when we arrived, wrote up the service order, and told us he would contact us on Friday. On Friday, he called to tell us that the transmission itself was operating properly, but there were a couple of less expensive services related to the transmission that he recommended that we have done. We agreed and he was able to complete the service by Friday afternoon. Another great job by Adam!

Since we purchased this 2019 Cascada new, it has only been 2 places for service. Darcy Motors and your facility (Arnie Bauer). I believe (or did up until now) that going to the dealership that sells the make and model of my car is best for the car, even though the cost is SUBSTANTIONALY higher than a shop. I felt it was because they use OEM parts and especially, because they knew what they were doing and were experts on them. Apparently, not the case with your dealership. The person that did the oil change that was done before this last one at your facility, overtightened the bolt, severely damaging the threads. Mark told me it would be around $870 in labor plus a new pan (That is no longer available?!!) After only 7 years its discontinued??!! And I would be fully responsible for the repair!! Why me? I didn't do it. You did. That car has only 29k on it which is about 5 oil changes (all at the dealer) Mark, my service writer, who was awesome, by the way, suggested they are aluminum threads and are prone to wear. Well not after just 5 times! If so, why not a GM recall???!!! But I agree that they are aluminum which means there is a required torque spec that was not used by your person. Also, now on this most recent change, the sticker was not removed and replaced, and the computer oil life was not reset. Apparently, whomever is doing theses oil changes doesn't know how or cares. I do not plan to foot the bill for a stripped oil plug repair that was caused by your people. Nor will I recommend your dealership for ANYTHING. I am a "car guy" and many people value my automotive opinion. I have worked at dealerships and have restored several classic show cars.
