I was told that the sensors in all four of my tires were bad and it would cause me over seven hundred dollars. I declined to get it fixed. Then I asked if I was still under warranty. He looked it up and I was still under warranty. So I told them i wanted to get all four tires fixed. When I picked my car up they had only fixed one tire. So why did they try to get me to pay for four. On star showed us only one tire was bad. I feel like they tried to take advantage of me. I just brought a new car from another Buick / GMC dealer because I lost trust in Arnie Bauuer.

I was told by another store that my tire could not be repaired. But the dealer took a look at it and saved me hundreds of dollars with repairing my tire instead of having me purchase a new one. Thank you for saving me money, especially during the holiday.

The service manager was really nice and helpful but I had a light on and is still on and I asked about my remote start and it's still not working.

Arrived on time. Oil change was done in record time. I was surprised on how quickly my vehicle was ready.
