I was told that the sensors in all four of my tires were bad and it would cause me over seven hundred dollars. I declined to get it fixed. Then I asked if I was still under warranty. He looked it up and I was still under warranty. So I told them i wanted to get all four tires fixed. When I picked my car up they had only fixed one tire. So why did they try to get me to pay for four. On star showed us only one tire was bad. I feel like they tried to take advantage of me. I just brought a new car from another Buick / GMC dealer because I lost trust in Arnie Bauuer.

My son took my GMC Terrain in for service. Said he was treated fine. No issues. Service advisor was knowledgeable and helpful. I at home had emailed with Enrique, the service advisor, and he was very helpful. My last visit to service was not so good and I had gone to another dealer for my previous service. I believe my advisor's name was Willig or something like that. His customer service skills were lacking. Hopefully they have improved. Make sure you keep Enrique in your employ. I should mention I still have the picture this Willig guy sent me in an email of the front desk area where the advisors sit. It is actually very funny, although, I guess he thought it was professional.

There was an issue with the computer that apparently needed an update. I shouldn’t have to pay for updates. If there is a problem with the program, it should be included. I was at the dealership a long time. It wasn’t good.

My 2012 Buick Enclave has been in and out of your service department 3 times in 2 months. First time it was there 6 weeks. It is having issues starting they can't figure out. Claimed it was a body control module ($1,000) and still not fixed. So was it needed or not who knows ? There is a parasitic draw some were and they cant find it. Currently sitting in your shop.

John, Our Service Advisor Staff must install our On-Board Diagnostic Information Tool. This tool is plugged into the OBD plug-in port, under the lower left area of the dashboard. This tool verifies, mileage as well as the diagnostic health of the vehicle. The problem was diagnosed, and the part was ordered that I needed to fix my car. It is the rear light assembly on the left side. Unfortunately, that part will not be available to me for 3 weeks or thereabouts. Without left rear lights, I feel that it is an unsafe situation for me, so I cannot in good faith drive my car at this time. I personally think that this is an outrageous situation for me. A company as big as yours cannot get a light assembly kit for an extended period of time. There's so much wrong with this.

I had a very unsatisfactory experience and will not be returning. I was informed that my vehicle's engine was under warranty, so I had it towed 25 miles to your facility, only to receive contradictory information upon arrival. The representative stated that tests indicated a lack of compression in three cylinders but declined to identify the root cause of my car's failure to start. I suspect a thorough inspection of my vehicle was not conducted. A AAA technician subsequently managed to start my car, which raises questions about why your team was unable to do so. Instead, there appeared to be an attempt to persuade me to purchase a new vehicle. I consider this level of service to be highly unprofessional.

I'm writing about my recent visit for an oil change. The service took 1.5 hours. That is excessive for a routine oil change. I have had this service done many times, and it normally takes far less time. I also asked why my price was higher than my previous visit. The employee told me the price was higher because my last oil change was in November. Another employee repeated that prices had increased. I asked for a copy of my previous receipt. The receipt showed the lower price was due to a discount, not a price increase. The staff gave incorrect information without checking the record first. After we confirmed the reason for the price difference, no one offered to apply the same discount or make any effort to resolve the issue. This experience felt dismissive and poorly handled. Customers expect accurate information and reasonable service times for basic maintenance. I hope this feedback helps improve how concerns like this are handled in the future.

We were driving our Buick Lacrosse late on Thursday afternoon when the "Service Transmission" light came on. In a panic, we called the Arnie Bauer Service Department. Service advisor Adam E. answered the call. Adam calmed us down after he asked some pertinent questions as to whether the transmission seem to be failing. He asked if we could bring in our Buick yet this afternoon. We said we could get there by 5:15 p.m. Adam was waiting for us when we arrived, wrote up the service order, and told us he would contact us on Friday. On Friday, he called to tell us that the transmission itself was operating properly, but there were a couple of less expensive services related to the transmission that he recommended that we have done. We agreed and he was able to complete the service by Friday afternoon. Another great job by Adam!

Salesman Troy greeted us as we walked into the showroom and was with us throughout the entire process. He was young and energetic, answered all our questions and if he didn’t know he knew who to go to to get the correct information. He showed us a variety of choices, then we took a test drive and I was sold! Troy took the time to make sure we got all the discounts we were entitled to including the military discount. We picked up our new Buick Envision the next day (our choice), Troy had our vehicle cleaned up, plates and sticker installed, got our OnStar enrollment going, took our picture and we were all set. I shared with Troy that Arnie Bauer was not the first dealership we visited and we were not greeted as we entered, so it was very welcoming to be greeted the way Troy greeted us at Bauer. I owned a Buick many years ago, a Roadmaster. So I am very happy to be back in the Buick family.

Where do I begin? DAVID was amazing and so was Katharine!! I had the BEST experience ever!!!!! I was in and out!!! They both took their time to explain everything to me! I was literally shakinggg because I couldn’t believe that after 8 years, I had a new car! I was enjoying being car note free BUT who can pass up a 2026 Buick Encore GX Sport?? Red with black rims!! And auto start?? Not me!! lol!! I normally don’t go to dealerships for maintenance but they made me feel soo warm!! David taught me how to auto start my truck but I was soo excited, I forgot what he said lol.. I came back to the dealership and asked the first salesman I seen and he helped me! He even mentioned the “app”.. That says a lot about them!! Another salesman took the time to show me things about my car! Excellent customer service! I could’ve went back to David with no problem, but my son was in the car (he’s 6) I just asked the first salesman I seen! Thank you soo much!! 10 out of 10!!!!!!!

Some other folks we brought the same Vehicle gave us a totally incorrect and much more expensive fix service needed diagnosis! That diagnosis seemed extermely suspicous and bogus to us!
